■ Online Ticketing Period: July 15th (Mon) 10AM ~ July 26nd (Mon) 5PM, 2019 (First come first served basis) ■ Ticketing Link: (ENG) https://forms.gle/CnbentJ5uYVqEWBy9 (KOR) https://forms.gle/zkW9Dbrhh1SUDKHD9 ■ Performers • Conductor: Lee Dong-ho • Clarinet: Jo Seong-ho • Countertenor: David DQ Lee • Trumpet: Sergei Nakariakov • Seogwipo Philharmonic Wind Orchestra, Jeju · Seogwipo Union Choir ■ Date & Time: August 8th, 2019 (Thurs) 7:30PM ■ Ticket Reservation Guide – Please go to the JIWEF website for ticketing (www.jiwef.org) Online Reservation Method - Maximum of 1 ticket per person. - Invitation tickets (non-designated seats) will be sent directly to registered mobile numbers starting on July 27th (Sat). ■ Event Information & Restrictions - Tickets with designated seats will be distributed on-site starting at 6:30PM. *Guests holding only invitation tickets (non-designated seats) will not be allowed to enter the concert hall. - Ticket distribution will end once all Designated tickets are assigned. - Ticket distribution will end 15 minutes before the beginning of the concert, 7:15PM. - All activities that infringe on copyright laws, including any form of photography, video recording, audio recording, and live streaming, during the event will be prohibited. Only those with special permits from the JIWEFOC will be allowed to perform the previously stated activities. - Entry will be restricted after the concert begins. - Children under the age of 8 will be restricted from entry. |
