Volante Winds

Having met as Doctoral students at the Jacobs School of Music at Indiana University, each member of the Volante Winds has a passion for performance and pedagogy that shines through in their recitals and masterclasses. Volante Winds were named as semi-finalists in the 2018 Fischoff National Chamber Music Competition, and semi-finalists in the 2017 Plowman Chamber Music Competition. They have also been featured at multiple festivals, including 2018 Mineral Springs Chamber Music Festival, the 2019 Juneau Jazz and Classics Festival, the 2020 American Music Festival, North Carolina and the 2020 Chamber Music Wilmington. Volante Winds have been featured performers on multiple National Public Radio stations and have given recitals and masterclasses throughout the United States.
