Please carefully review the following important information regarding your competition application.

1. On-site Registration

Participants using the official accommodation must arrive in Jeju on Thursday, August 6, and complete both check-in and on-site registration at the official accommodation.

Participants not using the official accommodation must complete on-site registration at the competition venue for their sound check on Friday, August 7.

On-site registration is mandatory for all participants.

Please make sure to complete on-site registration according to your official accommodation status.

2. Participation Fee Payment

Applicants must pay KRW 300,000 under the applicant’s name by May 30(Korea standard time).

For overseas bank transfers, please note that it may take several days for the payment to be processed and received by the Organizing Committee.

After completing the transfer, please keep your remittance receipt or payment confirmation document showing the transfer date.

The Organizing Committee may request this document later for payment verification.

All transfer fees for overseas bank transfers must be paid by the sender.

If the transfer fees are charged to the recipient and the actual amount received is less than the required participation fee, the applicant may be requested to make an additional payment for the outstanding amount.

Note: The participation fee is non-refundable.

3. Application Confirmation

Applicants must complete the application form via the official website, upload all required documents, and have their participation fee payment confirmed for the application to be considered complete.

If any submitted documents need to be revised or supplemented, a separate email with further instructions will be sent to the email address provided in your application.
