Jeju Clarinet Ensemble is a purely amateur group formed in 2003 by individuals who love the clarinet and music, and who enjoy musical activities in everyday life. The ensemble was established with the aim of fostering camaraderie among members, promoting musical culture, and expanding the base of clarinet playing. Through its annual regular concerts, the group has steadily progressed while presenting quality performances to the residents of Jeju. In addition to its main concerts, the ensemble hosts small recitals, clarinet festivals, year-end concerts, and special performances each year. It also conducts clarinet introductory courses for new members annually, contributing to the broader dissemination of the clarinet. As a purely amateur group that has sustained its activities for over two decades, it proudly serves as a model for community-based cultural and artistic life in Jeju.
