COM2USWITH is the first orchestra-style "subsidiary‑type standard workplace for the disabled" in Korea, formed as an integrated professional orchestra composed of both disabled and non-disabled members. Based on the belief that an orchestra—where diverse individuals come together to play various instruments—is the most suitable job model to realize Com2uS's core value of “inclusion for everyone,” the ensemble was founded to embody that vision. Embracing its unique identity of being “extraordinary in its ordinariness,” COM2USWITH uses music as a medium to explore social issues and ultimately contribute to true social integration.
