Since its establishment on October 17, 1951, the Republic of Korea Air Force Band has, for over 70 years, inspired the morale of Air Force personnel and delivered high-quality music that brings joy and moving experiences to the public, and on May 15, 1957, it became the first military unit in Korea to establish a symphony orchestra, making significant contributions to fostering harmony between the military and civilians. The ROK Air Force Band continues to participate in various events, showcasing diverse and vibrant performances across a wide range of genres, and plays a leading role in promoting a modern and communicative image of the Air Force to both military and civilian audiences.
