Open to composers of all nationalities, born on or after April 1, 1986 (under the age of 40).

Submission Period: February 1(Mon) - February 10(Wed), 2027

- Preliminary Round (Score Evaluation): February 18 (Thu), 2027

- Final Round (Performance Evaluation): March 18 (Thu), 2027

Finalists are required to attend the rehearsal on the morning of March 17 (Wed), 2027, one day prior to the Final Round performance. The Organizing Committee will provide round-trip economy-class airfare and accommodation with breakfast for all finalists

3) Copy of Passport

4) Profile photo (1MB or larger)

5) Full score and parts (PDF format)

6) Audio recording in MP3 format (minimum 128 kbps, 44.1 kHz, stereo or higher)
